📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily financial operations of the accounts receivable department
• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Manage collections and follow up on overdue accounts
• Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to maintain strong cash flow
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of financial management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
• Proven experience in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with the beverage industry is a plus
