In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and organizing community engagement events. You will work closely with our team in Jakarta, leveraging your excellent communication skills to build strong connections and secure funding for our programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Manage donor relationships, including grant applications, reports, and stewardship.
• Organize and participate in community engagement events, such as galas, fundraisers, and awareness campaigns.
• Conduct research to identify potential funding opportunities and build relationships with new donors.
• Prepare and present fundraising reports to stakeholders and the board of directors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential donors and partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and supporters, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or community engagement.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding fundraising targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors and the public.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using fundraising software such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar tools.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for children's rights and a commitment to Plan International's mission and values.
