📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels using warehouse management software like SAP or similar systems.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, work orders, and other related documents.
- Perform regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist in resolving any inventory discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols within the warehouse.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Proven experience with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of printing industry standards and processes.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
