• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our LCL market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Manage and track client accounts using Salesforce and SAP.
• Ensure seamless integration of LCL services into clients' supply chains.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Represent Hellmann Worldwide Logistics at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of LCL shipping and 3PL operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally for business purposes.
