📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of a 15-20 person construction team, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring a secure work environment for all team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports to monitor project status and address any issues promptly.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
• Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Represent the company at client meetings and site visits, maintaining a professional and positive image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in field management or construction supervision.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and transportation.
