📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in customer service operations, including account opening, maintenance, and closure.
• Process and verify customer transactions using Core Banking System (CBS) and other banking software.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient banking processes.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial reports and statements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your banking skills.
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the implementation of new banking products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or a related field, preferably in operations or customer service.
• Familiarity with banking operations and processes.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Core Banking System (CBS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Certification in banking or financial services is a plus.
