📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate CDL vehicles to deliver products to clients on time and in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, vehicle performance, and safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to manage delivery logistics.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns.
• Report any issues or hazards to the logistics team for prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve delivery processes and efficiency.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CDL Driver in the logistics or delivery industry.
• Familiarity with route planning software such as MapInfo, Navman, or similar.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads up to 50kg.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
