📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate project activities between Indonesian and Chinese teams using tools like Microsoft Teams and Trello.
• Translate technical documents and reports between Chinese and Indonesian, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of project meetings and presentations.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in China.
• Maintain accurate records of all project communications and activities.
• Support the implementation of quality control measures and standards.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your language and project management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and Indonesian.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination and translation, preferably in the fashion or manufacturing industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
• Certification in translation or project management is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and Chinese business culture.
