📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic workforce plans that align with the company's business objectives.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Design and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Collaborate with senior management to create and execute workforce policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate workforce performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to drive organizational excellence.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in workforce management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce strategy and management.
Proven track record of designing and implementing effective workforce strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
Certification in PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
