📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans for the development and training of ASN, aligning with the government's vision and goals.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process for ASN positions, ensuring the hiring of qualified and competent individuals.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of ASN, utilizing various learning and development methodologies.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of ASN, providing feedback and support to improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and educational institutions, to identify and address the development needs of ASN.
Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and professionalism within the civil service.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing the administration of public service.
Represent the government in various forums and events to advocate for the development and improvement of ASN.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR development, civil service management, or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other relevant HR software.
Knowledge of Indonesian government policies and procedures related to ASN.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
