As an Assay Specialist, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of analytical tests on mineral samples, including but not limited to, XRF (X-ray Fluorescence), ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry), and gravimetric analysis. Your daily tasks will include sample preparation, instrument calibration, data analysis, and reporting. You'll work closely with geologists, mining engineers, and other technical staff to ensure that our assay results meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of analytical tests on mineral samples using XRF, ICP-OES, and other advanced instruments.
• Prepare and analyze samples for assaying, including but not limited to, ore, concentrate, and tailings.
• Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Analyze and interpret assay data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Prepare and present assay reports to stakeholders, including geologists, mining engineers, and management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that assay results are integrated into the overall mining operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the assay process.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to mineral analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mineral analysis, preferably in a mining or mineral processing environment.
• Proficiency in using XRF, ICP-OES, and other advanced analytical instruments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
