In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting system.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance team members.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven experience in managing financial records and preparing financial statements.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
