📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized work environment.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest healthcare practices.,Assist in the management of medical supplies and equipment.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to patient care.
