📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Develop and implement quality control strategies and procedures.,Train and mentor quality control team members.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.,Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.,Ensure compliance with relevant quality control regulations and standards.,Lead quality improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Proven ability to manage and mentor quality control teams.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
