📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and service.,Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.,Manage a team of pastry chefs, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to customer requirements and expectations.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels, and place orders as needed.,Participate in training and development activities for staff.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar role.,Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with culinary software and kitchen management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,A passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
