📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that will help us achieve our business goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.,Ensure that all employees are trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.,Oversee the development and implementation of new products and services, ensuring that they are profitable and meet customer needs.,Develop and maintain a strong safety culture within the company, ensuring that all employees are aware of and comply with safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or logistics company.,Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other operational improvement methodologies.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
