Depot Hana Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting systems.,Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to identify discrepancies.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.,Supervise and train junior bookkeepers and accounting staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
