📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
