📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network equipment.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's IT infrastructure.,Provide technical support to end-users and ensure their IT needs are met.,Document system configurations and procedures for future reference.,Participate in system upgrades and migrations as needed.,Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).,Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and practices.,Experience with system administration tools and utilities.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g.PowerShellBash).Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g.VMwareHyper-V).Experience with cloud services (e.g.AWSAzure) is a plus.Understanding of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
