📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the stores, including restrooms, floors, and common areas.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper waste disposal and pest control.,Assist in the inventory management process, including stock taking and replenishment.,Support the store manager in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and inquiries related to store conditions and operations.,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions.,Maintain and update store records and documentation.,Support the store team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a retail or retail support environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and record-keeping practices.,Proactive and detail-oriented attitude.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of weight.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must, English is a plus.
