📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Lead the accounting team and provide guidance and support.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
