📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and organizing daily operations.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.,Monitor and report on team performance and productivity.,Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.,Support the Captain in decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on team progress.,Assist in training and development activities for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a team-based environment is a plus.
