📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Oversee the entire data lifecycle, from collection to disposal, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Lead data governance initiatives, including data quality assessments, metadata management, and data stewardship programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to establish data standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and report on data governance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in data governance, and apply this knowledge to enhance the region's data ecosystem.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on data governance principles, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, such as PDP (Peraturan Data Pemerintah).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field, with a strong background in data quality, integrity, and security.
• Certification in data governance, such as CDG (Certified Data Governance Professional) or similar.
• Proficiency in data governance tools and technologies, such as Collibra, Informatica, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations, such as PDP (Peraturan Data Pemerintah).
• Familiarity with government data management practices and frameworks.
