📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process insurance claims from initiation to final settlement, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Utilize ClaimPro and other relevant software to manage and track claims efficiently.
• Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims to determine validity and payout amounts.
• Communicate with policyholders, insured individuals, and third-party service providers to gather necessary information and resolve claims.
• Collaborate with the underwriting and risk management teams to ensure claims are processed in accordance with the company's guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all claims activities for audit and reporting purposes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve claims processing procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims processing, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims principles, procedures, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using ClaimPro and other relevant claims management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with policyholders, insured individuals, and third-party service providers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess claims accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
