📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to increase profitability.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control.,Coordinate with the central office for training, promotions, and other branch-related activities.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the F&B industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
