📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock taking and ordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations.,Participate in inventory audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.
