📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks
  • Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and software
  • Provide technical support to employees and departments
  • Monitor and report on system performance and security
  • Assist in the management of user accounts and access permissions
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices
  • Provide training and documentation for IT systems and processes

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks is a plus
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
