📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Managing a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implementing and maintaining warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records.,Coordinating with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Managing warehouse equipment and ensuring its proper maintenance and repair.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve warehouse operations and productivity.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
