📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Organize and plan warehouse activities to optimize space and resources.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.,Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, ensuring timely resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local business practices is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
