📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Manage the training budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other training management software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools is a plus.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
