📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development and implementation of security policies and procedures for government sector software systems.,Conduct thorough security assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.,Provide security training and awareness programs for development teams and stakeholders.,Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring minimal impact on operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.,Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and best practices to ensure proactive security measures.,Mentor and guide junior security professionals, fostering a culture of security excellence.,Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and industry-specific frameworks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in software security, with a focus on government sector projects.,Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.,Strong understanding of secure coding practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC).,Experience with security tools and technologies, including but not limited to: vulnerability scanners, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and mentor teams.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
