📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and provide information about our products and services.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking products and ensuring all equipment is in working order.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, both in-store and through our social media platforms.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and find appropriate solutions.,Work as a team player to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.,Keep accurate records of sales and cash transactions.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
