📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates and industry professionals.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee industry and its culture is a plus.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
