📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, steamers, and fryers.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including workstations, prep areas, and storage spaces.
• Prepare and maintain kitchen supplies, including utensils, dishes, and glassware.
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.
• Follow and enforce food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
