📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via the chat platform.,Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and effectively.,Document all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of customer service best practices and procedures.,Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to the team.,Stay updated with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with customer service best practices and procedures.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
